1. You take the „Schwebebahn“ from „Hauptbahnhof “ to „Westende“

2. You travel by bus. The Busline 600 or 611 are also leading to „Westende“

1. Change the Autobahn from A1 or A3 directly tot he A46 leading to Wuppertal.
