Our introductory courses are the perfect entry to Parkour and our classes for all ages 8 to 16 years. This course is designed (and refined) to progress new learners, week by week through the core areas of Parkour movement:

Week 1 - Jumping, Landing, Balancing
Week 2 - Vaulting
Week 3 - Climbing
Week 4 - Teamwork/Group Challenges/Adaptability
Week 5 - Testing and Assessment
