RED Mawkin is a concept that was conceived and developed by Nikhil Mawkin as a medium through which he shares his productions and compositions. Red Mawkin as a band has an ever changing line up that is often determined by the nature of the music through which Nikhil seeks to express himself.

The first studio album by RED Mawkin was independently released in January 2012. The second album is due in 2016.

You may remember him as Elvis or you may even have thought of him as an opera singer. However, RED is the birth of a new Mawkin born as a result of being exposed to various cultures in music. Songs of RED are performed out of his the debut album which is a solo experiment in song writing and production.

Mawkin follows an open approach amalgamating various genres. A live RED mawkin show includes collaborations of active musicians from different backgrounds, who come together with their energies giving rise to your senses and emotions.
