6 Weeks Beginners Pole Dancing Course. This 6 week course is designed specifically for beginners. Starting Tuesday 24th Jan and continuing for 6 weeks every Tuesdays at 7.45pm. In this course you will learn a variety of spins, poses, climbs, transitions and floor-work. This class is perfect preparation to join the mixed ability class if you wish to continue training with us.
