Summer is over and its time to get ready for those fights. We will be hosting an in-house sparring/padwork session with a couple other sister gyms. The goal of this session is simply for fighters, aspiring fighters, and muay thai practioners to get some more practical experiance! All levels are welcome.
Trainer Baoy wil be on the floor holding pads throughout the session. Hes looking for volunteer pad holders!
This is not a demo or fight event. There will be multiple groups sparring simultaneously in a casual manner. Use this opportunity to get in as many rounds as possible!
