Each training consist of 3 elements:
- professional stretching to avoid any injuries
- cardio exercises for weight loss and good health
- boxing techniques - theory and practice
- self-defense - theory and practice
Our basic languages of classes is French and English, buf if needed we speak German, Norwegian and Polish as well.
