Our next workshops to highlight and work through the technical models of the clean (and maybe jerk if we have time). Help lifters reinforce their knowedge of the lifts and highlight any weakness for them to focus on during their training cycles. Free for Charnwood Barbell Club Members, £5 for drop ins. Maximum of 8 people
