About Reverb Brothers

The Reverb Brothers play a sort of swamp rock that encompasses country, blues, jug band, R&B and old time jazz. Their sound is characterized by exuberance, high energy and fun with a lot of vocal and instrumental interplay. The material is a combination of obscure covers from the American songbook as well as original songs.



After years of playing the White Eagle happy hour, and through many line-up changes, they have found a permanent roster that really works. Doug Marx sings and plays acoustic guitar, Claes Almroth sings and plays keyboards and harp, Allan Lemley plays electric guitar and sings back up, Dave "Gutbucket" Duffield plays cornet, Fred Ingram plays drums and J. Michael Kearsey plays electric bass and sings lead and back up.
