Sharny, Steve and Helen grew up listening to classical and jazz music, the jazz side including Nat King Cole, Dave Brubeck, Peter Nero, Lalo Schifrin, Paul Desmond and Frank Sinatra – an interesting mix – thanks to their parents' musical tastes. The repertoire features fresh arrangements of great jazz standards and includes several of Sharny's original tunes.
