Situated across the campus grounds of the University of Hull, we twist and transform your Students’ Union and showcase one of the greatest shows of the year!

**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY!**

ARTIST LINE-UP ANNOUNCEMENT FROM:
Wednesday 18th March

TICKETS ON SALE:
Monday 13th April – Friday 17th April (Platinum Card Holders Only)
Monday 20th April (General Release)

PLATINUM CARD HOLDERS:
You lucky, lucky people will be able to collect your FREE Platinum End Of Year Ball ticket a week before everyone else! Your tickets will be available for collection from the HUU Box Office (Main HUU foyer) between 10am-4pm, Monday 13h April – Friday 17th April. You must be able to produce your Student card and may also purchase a maximum of 2 guest tickets at the point of collection, £42 per ticket. You will be responsible for your guests and their tickets.
****You must collect your FREE End of Year Ball ticket before Friday 17th April 4pm!****
After this date you will only be able to collect your FREE Platinum EOYB ticket based on overall ticket availability. If the event sells out before you collect your FREE Platinum EOYB ticket then you will miss out!

TICKETS:
Tickets will be on general release from Monday 20th April, 10am-4pm (Monday-Friday) from the HUU Box Office (Main HUU foyer). Tickets are £42.00 each and you must be able to produce your Student Card at the point of purchase. You may purchase up to 10 tickets within one transaction. You will be responsible for your guests and their tickets.
TICKETS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date.
All artists are 100% confirmed at the time of print. Any subsequent changes are not the responsibility of HUU, however we will endeavour to find an adequate replacement.
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchased by any student who finds themselves on a Permanent Licensee Ban or a Disciplinary which falls across the date of the End Of Year Ball.
This event is strictly 18+. If anyone is suspected of being under 18 and cannot produce valid ID on entry (Passport/Driving Licence/ID Card displaying the ‘PASS’ hologram logo) they will be refused entry from the event. Their ticket will not be refunded.
Any tickets sold on Ebay or similar sites will not be valid for entry.
For online purchases no name changes or letters of authorisation will be accepted under any circumstances.

SCARBOROUGH CAMPUS:
Tickets will be on general sale (TBC) from the Activities Office at HUU Scarborough Campus (tbc). Tickets are £42.00 each and you must be able to produce your Student Card at the point of purchase. You may purchase up to 10 tickets within one transaction. You will be responsible for your guests and their tickets.

ONLINE SALES:
We will be releasing a limited number of tickets online at www.hullstudent.com on Monday 20th April from 9am. These are strictly for Students who are unable to purchase tickets from the HUU Box Office in person due to being on placements etc. All students purchasing tickets online will need to print off your confirmation and collect your physical tickets from HUU Box Office no later than Friday 15th May.
