Marc Ribot (pronounced REE-bow) is one of the worlds leading guitarists, composers and collaborators. Well known for his work with the legendary Tom Waits, guitarist Marc Ribot helped Waits refine a new, weird Americana on 1985's “Rain Dogs” (Rolling Stone).

He has also worked with many highly regarded artists across the breadth of his career. From Wilson Pickett & Chuck Berry & Allen Ginsberg in his early days to the likes of Elvis Costello and Robert Plant & Alison Krauss more recently. He’s also been the “go-to” guy for a plethora of artists when recording. He’s graced albums by; Norah Jones, The Black Keys, Beth Orton, Neko Case, Laurie Anderson, Madeleine Peyroux and many many more. He regularly collaborates with T Bone Burnett and works constantly with John Zorn.

Marc has also released over 20 albums under his own name, spanning the genres of jazz, experimental, post-rock, Cuban son and punk. Working with masters in their fields – from John Zorn to his silent movie scores to his power trio, Ceramic Dog and more.

Marc has performed on scores such as “The Kids Are All Right,” “Where the Wild Things Are,” "Walk The Line (Mangold)," "Everything is Illuminated," and "The Departed" (Scorcese)." He has also scored for various dance companies and is currently touring his live solo score to Charlie Chaplin’s, “The Kid”.
