Singer-songwriter and pianist Jeffery Straker’s folk-pop hooks and rootsy story-telling have been featured in film, TV, and theatrical productions. Known across Saskatchewan as a host and performer on the Kinsmen Telemiracle, he also won the Vina Del Mar International Song Competition in Chile in 2014. While Jeffery is often compared to a young Billy Joel or Elton John, on his latest release, Dirt Road Confessional, his personal storytelling style stands out distinctly as his own.
