New to MTB or want to get better on the trails?
Do you need to know the basics?

Come to this session with Sherwood Pines Cycling Club and learn;

-How to set up your bike
-What to carry on the trails
-Pre ride checks
-How to Brake properly
-Riding position - including climbing and descending
-Followed by a ride around the pines

Course will be delivered by a qualified MIAS instructor

Meeting at the bench to the left of the Pines Cycles shop for a 10am start.

Free to SPCC members, £20 to non members
