Вечеринка: CLUBBERCISE WITH HELEN

We are delighted to announce that from Tuesday 6th March we will be hosting a new fitness group at Red Hill Social Club Worcester.

Clubbercise is a new fitness workout routine currently taking off across the UK. It is a simple dance workout involving glow sticks, disco lights and all your favourite dance tunes from the 90s to the present day.

The session is for 1 hour and we will be trialling this each Tuesday throughout March from 6.30pm until 7.30pm.

Sessions are for age 18 and over and will be run by the very friendly and experienced Helen Yau, a fully qualified and insured fitness instructor who has been conducting dance and fitness classes in Worcester for a long time.

Sessions cost just £5 so if your feeling energetic and would like to take part in a fun friendly fitness class, then this could be just the thing for you.
