This year, the event will be based entirely in Katherine. This will be a new direction for the event and we hope to showcase some of Katherines attractions over the Rejex weekend.

The event start date is Saturday 30th July in Katherine, so it will mean the Darwin participants will need to trek down the track on the Friday this year as opposed to the Katherine crew making the trip up. Planning is already under way for events around the Katherine region with the usual mix of driving and navigational events keeping things interesting.

As usual, you are encouraged to have a theme for your entry and with the Olympics opening ceremony only days after the Rally, the Saturday night dinner will be an Olympics theme…. But please remember that it may be cool in Katherine in July, and dusting off your old lycra may not be the best fashion choice !!!!!?

Rocker Cover Racing will again have its own competition within the event with the Katherine track giving them the home town advantage this year.
