Just before the release of his new album Frank Turner returns to play at New Slang with The Sleeping Souls.
The legend that is Frank Turner is no stranger to Kingston - this will be his 18th gig with us - and with this album of career spanning reinterpretations of songs, we're expecting a career spanning set from one of New Slang's original artists. Just before the release of Songbook, Frank takes to Kingston stage to celebrate the release, and you can pick up an album and a ticket right here.
"I’m very excited to share with you all the news of my forthcoming retrospective album ‘Songbook’. I wanted to release a document of what I've done so far, including my favourite recorded songs, 10 new alternative versions of older songs, and one new track. It's a moment of reflection and celebration of my work as a songwriter to date."
