NOTE FROM THE SECRETARY

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING SATURDAY 18TH NOVEMBER 2017 @ 4PM

Club open from 3 PM for Club House inspection, collecting and reading AGM documents.

MEETING STARTS 4 PM. After meeting free food & drinks for attending members.

Financial Report 31 August 2017 and Nomination forms are available and Nominations can be presented to the Secretary on Friday evening 3rd November 2017.

A List of nominated committee members will be displayed on the notice board on
Friday 10th November 2017.
