First Annual Crossings Lexington Charity Scavenger Hunt

Stephanie Bottoms and Helena Handbasket.
MUST BE 21 years of age or older
We have the perfect weekend planned.
Starting out that Friday Night- With a Bar Crawl.
Bars that sign up are helping with this great event and donating $50- thats right- just $50. We wanted to make it a more fun-filled event and build from there.
Teams are up to 5 persons
$10 per person- and remember all money goes to charity!!!
Ending the crawl back at Crossings to bring in your finds from your hunt.
Saturday we will be opening at 11:30 and serving ya some appitizers while all teams get signed in for DAY 2.
Keep in mind- your $10- that covers food also :)
1pm- The Hunt begins....
You will be traveling around Lexington with your envelope - Collecting, Doing, and Finding things on your list having a blast all while raising Money for Charity.
6pm the Hunt will end- No team comes in last- it's not about how fast you do everything- it' about how desperate you are to get points... and if ya know Barbara- You're gonna be doing some pretty funny things. We have timed it out where everything can be done in the time frame at a safe speed.
All items collected will go in a Gift Basket
9:30 ALL Captains must check back in at Crossings where the Winner will be announced, and the Gift Basket will be Auctioned off to the hightest bidder- Trust, it will be a basket you will WANT to buy!!!!
Sunday 5pm Victory Cookout and the Teams choice in which Charity will recieve the money that is raised.
One person from Each Charity must be present to accept the Check if you are the winning Charity.
Right after the Announcement- There will be a Fairwell Invasion Show for Adriana Fuentes- again- NO COVER!!!
So get your teams together- Trust me if you have never done a Scavenger Hunt before- they are an absolute BLAST!!!!
