explanation, including but not limited to visible intoxication,
lack of proper ID, or failure to adhere to dress code;

Mono is routed to you through one channel and it can be a hookah lounge, a bar or a club where all your five senses are perfectly blended together. Mono provides a smoking experience unlike any other, offering hookahs, cocktails, snacks, good music and the most beutiful crowd. On the weekends we connect with Privé and if you arrive before midnight you will be granted a free entry to the club. Mono is located next to Liberty monument, down to outdoor cafe Varblane and aside to Privé. Main entrance is next to monument!
