Sensei Alvin Catacutan returns to Winnipeg to introduce Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do(JKD) Concepts and Lee Jun Fan Gung Fu techniques for Karate Practitioners. This seminar will cover the main principles Bruce Lee used in his training and personal research for creating his unique expression as a martial artist. At this seminar Sensei Alvin will focus on JKD trapping , the intercepting fist concept, and bridging the gap from long range to close quarters using JKD attack concepts. This seminar will make your Karate more effective in the street while giving you clues to the devastating techniques hidden in Classical Kata.
