BrazilArte would like to give you and introduction to Capoeira. A Brazilian art form which combines MARTIAL ART kicks with fluid MOVEMENTS and ACROBATICS.

This is an ADULTS only course.

• £20 for 4 weeks, every Tuesday from 1900 - 2000
• Starting Tuesday 27 January 2015

It will improve FITNESS, FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH whilst having fun!

Capoeira can burn up to 700 calories an hour

No prior experience or level of fitness is needed. You will get everything you need from your class.

Please wear comfortable clothing & bring water.
