Come for one session or the whole day.

10am - 11.30am Contemplative Dance Practice

12-2pm Body-Mind Centering developmental movement class with Otto Ramstad. Lots of bodywork and movement explorations with good music.

2.30-.330 Contact improvisation class with Olive Bieringa
3.30-5 Contact improvisation jam- kids welcome.

$5-10 sliding scale per class. Jam by donation.

All levels of movement experience welcomed.

We are dedicating this day of moving to Suzanne River.
