Вечеринка: Floor Barre Workshop with Meredith Lyons

Floor Barre is a form of dance exercise that moves basic ballet barre exercises from standing at the barre to lying on the floor. It helps to warm up muscles and discover proper alignment. Meredith will also be leading larger movement exercises to foster a healthy warm up for you to start your day!

Please bring a yoga mat and a thera band if you have them. If you don't, we can provide a few yoga mats and a few thera bands.
