We meet at 8800 Stockdale Hwy Suite 100 Bakersfield, CA 93311. Nearest cross street is Coffee. It's free to attend and you're welcome to bring as many people as you want. Bringing your spouse is always a good idea. Older kids are also okay, just make sure they want to go.

This is our new member meeting where we answer questions, talk strategy, and explain how the different investment options work. Existing members are always welcome to attend, support the new members, and to help with answering questions.

Overall Bakersfield Investment Club is averaging 21% on notes and 45% on real estate. We're earning compound interest daily on notes and compound interest monthly on rentals. This means your money will most likely double every 2-4 years if you choose not to receive monthly income payments. We have the ability to setup regular accounts and do IRA and 401k rollovers through our IRA Custodian, so you can buy rentals or notes with your IRA.
