Overall Bakersfield Investment Club is averaging 23.7% on notes, 54% on real estate and 70% on private equity. We're earning compound interest daily on notes and compound interest monthly on rentals. This means your money will double every 2.4 to 4.8 years if you choose not to receive monthly income payments. We have the ability to setup regular accounts and do IRA and 401k rollovers through our IRA Custodian, so you can buy rentals or notes with your IRA.
