Voted the #1 DJ in the world in the DJ Mag Top 100, Dutch superstar Martin Garrix has today announced he will be playing Pacha Sydney at ivy on Saturday, 11th March in his only club show on his upcoming tour of Australia. Garrix is set to return to Australia in March supporting Justin Bieber on his national stadium tour, with the Pacha Sydney show his only exclusive club show. Tickets go on sale today and are sure to sell out fast. Picked up by Spinnin’ Records and subsequently backed by Scooter Braun, Garrix has become one of electronic dance music’s youngest superstars, amassing a chart-topping, high-streaming musical legacy along the way. The young producer has made both Billboard’s prestigious “21 under 21” as well as Forbes’ “30 under 30” list, he won a MTV European Music Award for Best Electronic Act, holds the #1 position in the DJ Mag Top 100 and has collaborated with superstars like Usher and Ed Sheeran.

Garrix burst onto the scene in 2013, releasing his breakthrough single “Animals” while he was only 17 years old. The track hit #1 on the UK charts, achieved platinum status in Australia and double platinum sales in the US. To date “Animals” has garnered more than 170 million streams on Spotify and almost a billion views on YouTube. Having subsequently linked up with such heavyweights as Tiësto, Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Dillon Francis, Sander Van Doorn and DVBBS, this who’s who of collaborators set a spotlight on Martin’s avant-garde studio prowess. Garrix’s 2016 single “In The Name Of Love” with Bebe Rexha has had close to half a billion streams on Spotify and got support across the board from radio in Australia.
