Boy Le Monti

Boy le Monti are a six piece band from North Dorset, England.

With a distinctive take on playing the finest old skool Ska & Rocksteady dance music from the Jamaica of the 1960's. Brass drenched with sweet vocal harmonies & deeply infectious grooves make dancing hard to resist. Music to lift your spirits as well as your dancing feet. Classic Ska tunes & soulful Rocksteady songs.
The band draw inspiration from the legendary Ska musicians who recorded for Studio1 & Treasure Isle in 1960's Jamaica.

With hundreds of gigs now behind them they have played festivals including The Larmer tree, Glastonbury, The Vale Earth Fair, Guernsey, Party in the park, Galhampton, Earthwise, The Festival of Bryan, The Bunk Fest, Wallingford, many clubs, pubs & great parties, with venues as diverse as Gaz's Rock and Blues Club, Soho & The Hootenanny, Brixton to the occasional old barn!
